Everything in our Health Check — plus a full cabinet cleaning and internal component inspection. We open the dryer, clear the lint built up around the heating element (the real fire ignition point), and check the rollers, belt, and bearings while we're inside. The most complete dryer safety service we offer.
The Health Check covers everything we can reach without opening the cabinet. Plus goes further — a full teardown to clear the lint most fires actually start from.
Camera & airflow inspection, full vent cleaning, surface safety check, and written report — everything in our standard Health Check.
We disassemble the dryer and remove the lint built up inside the cabinet — around the heating element or gas burner, and off the blower wheel, drum rollers, belt, idler pulley, and bearings. That internal lint, sitting right on the ignition source, is what's actually burning in most dryer fires. The vent cleaning protects the duct; this protects the machine itself.
With the cabinet open, we inspect the drum rollers, belt, idler pulley, and bearings for wear — the parts that can't be checked any other way — plus the blower wheel and moisture sensors. You get a clear picture of what's worn and what's coming, before it leaves you with a dead dryer.
We put everything back together and confirm proper heat and airflow before we leave, with the results added to your written report.
Internal cavity cleaning requires full disassembly of the dryer. Pre-existing wear — brittle belts, aged clips, worn components — may be discovered or fail during normal disassembly; we note and report these, but they aren't caused by the service. On gas dryers, burner-area work is performed with extra care, and any gas odor stops the job immediately and is referred to a licensed gas professional.
